Hey everyone! It's been too long since we came on here to update you all on what we're up to!
We've been posting pretty regularly over on kickstarter though.
Anyway, here's a very abbreviated version of the kickstarter updates since oh... December last year or something like that!
The game is progressing roughly on schedule, which is great! Content is being added, gameplay is getting there and we've made a few new hires since we posted last on here.
- We have a new senior game designer! His name is Thomas French and has been spending his time at Rockstar in Edinburgh before joining us.
- We've hired an in-house 3D environment artist as well! Matthew Wells hails from the UK, and has been working at Frontier Developments and Rare Ltd in the past.
- In addition to Jory on sound we now have Øyvind Mathisen as well! He's a composer/producer that has worked, among others, with Rock Pocket games before heading over to our neck of the woods.
We're thrilled to have them all! They make excellent additions to the team and helps a lot in keeping up with the pretty tight schedule we have in the months ahead!
We're steadily working on gameplay, story and all the other bits as well as adding content.

We have completed Ramoo Island and totally redesigned Plumpet Island. While doing Plumpet we have also to some degree redesigned the harvesting and crafting system for more flexibility.
Basically we have detached the direct harvesting of ammo, and introduced recipes where the crops from harvest have become ingredients. So now you can craft potions and various ammunition from the resources harvested. You will also need recipes that need to be deciphered or purchased at the library.
The new Plumpet island is now completed and in-game.
We are proud to announce that we have received the GDC Best in Play award. 8 games out of more than 50 were selected as the Best in Play.
